Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Timeline

We currently ship only within India.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email (where applicable).

Payment Method

We accept full payment at checkout for all orders. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully completed.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India. In rare cases where delivery is not possible, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or process a refund.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
1Cart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Dropshipping Notice

1Cart operates on a dropshipping model, which means products may be shipped directly from our partner warehouses. As a result, items in the same order may arrive separately.
